Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The conditional bail was granted to the applicant not to enter Dhule District for six months from the date of his release except for attending the trial. About three months have been passed from the date of his release. However, the applicant is seeking modification of the said condition No. (ii)(d) on the ground that there is wedding ceremony of his niece. Considering the relation of the applicant with a girl who is going to be married, her marriage would not be stalled due to his absence. Considering the entire material and to protect the interest of the witnesses, the

49-CrAn-1915-23.odt conditions were imposed. The Court is not satisfied with the reasons for modification of the condition. Hence, the applicant is not entitled to relief. For the above reasons, the application stands dismissed.
