The petition is filed invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The petitioner is not personally affected by any acts alleged in the present petition. The petitioner claims to be active in social, political activities.

Mr Kazi, the learned Counsel submits, as the derogatory statements are made against the Hon'ble Chief Minister, the petitioner is hurt, and as such, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking directions to permanently block the social media accounts of respondent No. 2.

The petitioner is not claiming any personal relief. The petitioner is not affected by the subject matter of the writ petition. The rights of the petitioner are not infringed. The petitioner's legal rights are not transgressed inter alia, injury is not caused to the petitioner. The petition at the behest of a person unconcerned with the subject matter would not be tenable. The petitioner has no locus standi to file present petition. In fact, the petition gives an impression of publicity interest litigation. 5.
In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition at the behest of the petitioner.
