By present application, the applicants pray that the legal representatives of deceased appellant/applicant No.2 be taken on record. The original claimant has expired on 07.03.2016. The application is filed on 06.06.2016. The learned Advocate for the applicants would submit that 06.06.2016 being first opening day after summer vacation, the application could not be filed at the earliest opportunity. It appears that the application is filed in or about 90 days. Therefore, there is no impediment in allowing the application.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The legal representatives be brought on record within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the appeal be served upon the respondents.
