Learned counsel for the appellants argued this matter for some time. Looking at the nature of the injuries, we showed our disinclination to entertain this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants, therefore, prays for withdrawal of this appeal, with liberty to approach this Court again, after a period of six months, if there is no progress in the trial. Request is reasonable. Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty to approach this Court again for the same relief, if there is no progress in the trial for a period of six months from today.
