Mr. Deshmuh, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has served respondents no. 4 and 5 by e-mail.

The learned Counsel appears for the respondent and submits that the petitioner has joined at Yavatmal, as such the relief claimed in the present writ petition would not survive against non grant of interim order. The Original Application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is pending. The learned Counsel submits

2 wp 6476.20 that there is one vacant post at Aurangabad. The State be directed to consider the same.

The petitioner may make an application to the State in that regard. The State / Competent Authority may take decision on the said application in accordance with policy and law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
