The Applicant has not taken any steps, though as per the Court's order, the matters stands abated as against Respondent No.2 / original Claimant.

The learned counsel for applicant has further pointed out that the appeal preferred by the Appellant / acquiring body in the same award, came to be dismissed by this Court by order dated 3rd February, 2010. Since no steps taken even though the matter stands abated as against Respondent No.2 / original Claimant, the applications for condonation of delay are not tenable. The same are therefore, rejected.
