We have heard Mr. Gadhe, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1 submits that, the petitioner has remedy before the Grievance Committee under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

In light of that, Mr. Gadhe, leaned counsel submits that, the petitioner would approach the Grievance Committee. The Grievance Committee be directed to decide the grievance within the statutory period.

In view of that, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner may avail the remedy before the Grievance Committee. The

(2) 950-wp-9065-2021 Grievance Committee may consider the urgency in the matter and may endeavour to decide the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and procedure and with the time stipulated under Section 79(6) of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. 5.

All contentions are kept open. No costs.
