1) During speaking to the minutes learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to mistake in paragraph 1 of the order dated 13th July 2015 the place of the Court is mentioned as Kolhapur when it is Kopargaon and the mistake needs to be corrected. In para 1 of the order dated 13th July 2015 instead of the word "Kolhapur" it be read as 'Kopargaon". Corrected writ be issued accordingly. The motion stands disposed of.
