This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal of petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, if not yet decided and, it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, respondent no. 3 shall not take any adverse action against petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate and, appropriate action may be taken
