ORDER:- 1.

The grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands satisfied in view of the affidavit-in-reply dt. 31.7.2017 tendered by respondent No. 2 - AICTE, New Delhi. In para 18 of the reply, it is recorded thus:

"I further say that in response to the modified results of the petitioner after the review of the questions, 10 marks are added to his earlier score of 105 and his final result is declared to be 115. It is further stated that, he is qualified under his revised Mark Sheet.

The claim of the petitioner for admission to postgraduate course shall be considered on the basis of the revised marks alloted by respondent No. 2 i.e. 115.
