The learned AGP submits that the petitioners have a statutory remedy of preferring a second revision in the light of the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra ( 2016) 2 SCC 213].

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the petitioners take recourse to the statutory remedy within a period of six weeks from today, the time spent in this Court from 15.6.2018 until six weeks from today, would be a ground for condonation of delay. 3.
