Order :- 1.

In view of the fact that charge-sheet is filed by the Investigating Officer on 14-09-2016, we are not inclined to examine the prayer of the applicant, which takes exception only to the First Information Report. Hence, application stands rejected. We make it clear that in case the applicant files application for discharge before the concerned Court within three weeks from today, the concerned Court shall decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from filing such application.

With above observations, application stands rejected. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised by the applicant in the application.
