Heard learned counsel for respective sides.

By way of present petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 10.04.2023 passed below Exh.22 by the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Denoni below Exh.22. in R.C.S. No.170 of 2020 whereby the application filed by plaintiff for impounding the sale-deed dated 20.04.1987 came to be allowed.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that already partition had taken place between the parties therefore, the learned trial court ought not to have allowed the application.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned trial court it reveals that the trial court impounded the documents on the ground that sale-deed was executed without sufficient stamp. 5.

Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
