The limited grievance raised in this Petition is that, though the proposals for approval to the appointment of the petitioner has been submitted to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur on 24th March, 2014 by the Respondent No.3, yet the decision is not taken on the said proposal. 3.

We direct the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to take decision on the said proposal, if already not taken, keeping in view the relevant rules/policy, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 10 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner as well as the Respondent No.3. W.P. stands disposed of.
