Learned counsel for the applicant states that with great difficulty he has been able to muster and has deposited Rupees Seventeen Lakhs hitherto towards the amount of Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs as directed to be deposited by this court and he further states that within a period of Three weeks he would be able to deposit the balance of Rupees Eight Lakhs. He thus request to grant of extension of time to deposit according to the order earlier passed.

Though, the learned counsel for the respondents have reservations but are not presently in a position to dispute the veracity of the difficulties stated to be faced by the applicant. In view of aforesaid, application is granted in terms of prayer clause 'B', the time be computed from today. Civil Application stands disposed of. The applicant has been warned that it would be difficult to grant further indulgence to him. (SUNIL P. DESHMUKH) JUDGE
