Mr. Barde, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 5 raises a preliminary objection that petitioners have an alternate remedy.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, petitioners would avail the alternate remedy, however, protection for 15 days be granted. Mr. Barde, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 opposes the request for granting such protection.

The dispute is with regard to the immovable property.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. For a period of 15 (fifteen) days, the parties shall maintain status quo as on today with regard to the writ property.
