As a result of tendering of the request by the President of Gurudwara Board Takhat Sachkhand Sri Hajur Abchalnagar Saheb, Nanded to the State Government, the petitioners have apprehension that their term is likely to be curtailed and some adverse orders would be issued by the State Government.

It would be open for the petitioners to tender the explanation on their behalf to the State Government and put fourth their contentions. If the State Government proceeds to pass any adverse order, it would be open for the petitioners to avail of the remedy available in law. 3.

As on today, there is no cause to approach this court. As such, the writ petition stands disposed of.
