ORAL ORDER :

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 22/6/2012, passed by this Court, and seeks permission to pay bhatta charges. In our view, the applicant has made out a case for recall of the order dated 22/6/2012 for the reasons recorded in the Civil Application. The applicants are not required to pay bhatta charges now. Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
