We have heard Mr. Bora, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though this Court had passed the order, the respondent-authorities are not hearing the petitioners, nor any notice is issued though the proceedings are going on.

We may not entertain the petition for the same purpose again. In the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioners bearing Writ Petition No. 3153 of 2020 under order dated 26.02.2020 we had recorded the

2 1018-wp 7759-2021.odt statement of the learned A.G.P. that the petitioner No. 1 may once again file an application for impleading party and respondent No. 4 would not pass order on the stay petition without hearing the petitioners. 4.

In case, the respondents are not abiding by the statement made in the earlier writ petition, then the petitioners have different and more strong remedy available.

We are not inclined to entertain the successive writ petition for the same purpose.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
