It appears that the learned Member of the Tribunal has considered the loss of estate and awarded the compensation to the extent of Rs.3,05,000/- only. The respondent / insurer has preferred the appeal to that extent only.

Thus, considering the entire aspect of the case, the applicants / original claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- out of the amount deposited before

this Court. An amount of Rs.2,50,000/- shall be transferred to the Tribunal, Latur. After transfer of the said amount, the applicants / claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.2,50,000/- on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Tribunal.
