Mr. Munde, learned counsel for petitioners on instructions of petitioners states that subsequently circular dated 04.09.2019 is issued. The learned counsel submits that in view of the said circular, petitioners would approach respondent no.7.

Mr. Aghav, learned counsel appears for respondent no.7 and submits that in case, petitioners approach respondent no.7, respondent no.7 would consider the grievance of petitioner, so also the circular dated 04.09.2019.

In light of the above, if petitioners file an application with respondent no.7 making grievance with regard to his transfer, then respondent no.7 shall decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of application of petitioners on its own merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
