The applicants have moved this application seeking withdrawal of amount deposited with this Court. It is submitted that Appeal presented before this Court has been transferred by this Court to the District Court, Jalgaon having Court at Amalner. 3.

Learned counsel not pressed the application seeking relief claimed in the application of withdrawal of amount and urged to transfer the amount to the District Court, Jalgaon having Court of Additional District Judge at Amalner.

Registry is directed to verify as to whether any amount is deposited and invested with this Court. In

2 [917 - C.A. 6371.2020 in F.A. 89.2006] case such amount is lying deposited with this Court and Appeal has been transferred, then the amount be transferred to the District Court, Jalgaon having Court at Amalner to be treated as deposit of amount in the said Appeal.
