Learned AGP seeks one week time to deposit the amount of compensation as directed by order dated 27.02.2017. Learned AGP submits that extension of one week may be granted in continuation with the order dated 27.02.2017 and the State may be permitted to deposit the said amount of compensation through cheque in the office during the said period of one week.

Learned counsel Mr. Kedar h/f Mr. B. K. Pawar, appearing for the respondents/original claimants submits that however, in terms of the order dated 27.02.2017, the State has calculated the amount of compensation till that date only and the State may be directed to deposit the remaining amount.

So far as extension of time for one week is concerned, the same is granted by consent. The applicant State is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation within a period of one week in terms of the order passed by this Court on 27.02.2017. Both the applications are accordingly disposed off.
