The Vacation Court has passed an order on 29.05.2023 by which further steps in the execution proceedings have been stayed. We have perused the earlier order dated 12.12.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.10840/2022 that was filed by this Petitioner. A pending objection application was directed to be decided.

The learned AGP submits that the Tahsildar would decide the pending application of the Petitioner dated 17.05.2022.

In view of the above, the notice dated 26.05.2023 shall lose its efficacy as the Tahsildar would deal with the objection of the Petitioner within a period of 45 days from today.

With the above direction, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We make it clear that the path of litigation in the light of the proceedings under execution of a decree, shall be followed by the parties and, if any grievance arises, an appropriate proceedings be filed before an appropriate authority or Court rather than rushing to the High Court.
