Both the litigating sides are present in the Court. The learned Advocate for the applicant identifies the applicant and she in turn identifies the respondent/husband. It is informed that both of them would live happily and would take care of their girl child, who is about 6 months old today. Both the parties have decided to withdraw the cases filed by them before various Courts against each other and this application can therefore be disposed off. 2.
