Heard. Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.87 of 2021, registered with Satara Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 326, 323, 324, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail.

The incident of assault was reported by Babasaheb Satdive, whereafter the subject offence was registered on 22nd March, 2021 for the offences punishable under sections 323, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigation record shows, on 24th March, 2021, the applicant voluntarily produced the weapon allegedly used by him for inflicting injury on the complainant and the clothes, which he was wearing at the time of the incident. On 25th March, 2021, the weapon

( 2 ) aba721.21 and clothes were sent to Forensic Lab for report. It appears, on 23rd May, 2021, the Officer attached to Police Station added offence punishable under section 326 of the Indian Penal Code. In the circumstances, apprehending arrest, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail. 03.

Learned APP has pointed out that before the alleged incident, the complainant had lodged five noncognizible offences against the applicant. 04.

Be that as it may, in consideration of the facts of the case, it appears, investigation in the case is over and therefore custodial interrogation of the applicant will not further the prosecution case. Hence, the following order :- 05.

In the event of arrest of the applicant, the applicant shall be released on bail on executing bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one or more sureties in like amount.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
