2925.16crapln (2) that both the criminal applications rendered infructuous, in view of filing of the charge sheet in the matter. As such, upon instructions, he makes motion for withdrawal of the applications, with liberty to approach learned Sessions Judge, Jalna. 2.

The motion is allowed.

Both the criminal applications stand dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. 4.

Since this Court has appointed Advocate Mr. P.P. More to assist the complainant, costs and fees payable to him is quantified at Rs.5000/- (Rs. Five thousand only), to be paid from Legal Aid.
