The learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending since 13th June, 2020 with the Education Officer. The same is not yet decided. The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (page No.10) is pending with Respondent No.3, then the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within six months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
