The contention of the petitioner is that the land acquisition proceeding has lapsed, as per the order of this Court, still the name of the petitioner is not mutated in the revenue record. 2.

The petitioner has to approach the Tahsildar with the appropriate request.

The learned in-charge G. P. appears for all respondents. 4.

In case, application is filed by the petitioner before the Tahsildar, the Tahsildar shall take decision upon the application that may be filed by the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law,
