The appellant is present with his Advocate Shri. F.K. Patel. Shri. Rabindra Kalakoti, Deputy Manager, TP Hub Incharge of respondent no.2 is present with Advocate Shri S.G. Chapalgaonkar. 2.

Respondent no.2 has offered an amount of Rs. 2,25,000/- in lump sum towards full and final satisfaction of the claim of the appellant. The appellant voluntarily accepted this offer. Accordingly, the terms of settlement have been produced. The terms of settlement being valid, are accepted. The amount of Rs. 2,25,000/- shall be deposited within six weeks from today for being paid to the appellant. 3.

Court fee be refunded as permissible under the rules. 4.

No costs.
