Court's or Judge's orders Mr.A.A.Mukhedkar, advocate holding for Mr.L.C.Patil, advocate for the Petitioner.
Mr.S.N.Morampalle, A.G.P for the State.
Mr.B.B.Kulkarni, advocate for Respondent No.1. CORAM : S.V.GANGAPURWALA AND A.M.BADAR,JJ.
Date : 29.02.2016.

2.
Leave to add Committee as a party.
3.
Mr.Bhushan Kulkarni, learned counsel waives notice for the added party.
4.
Amendment be carried out forthwith.
5.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his claim with regard to Freedom Fighter Pension for participation in the Hyderabad Mukti Sangram is not yet decided. The Respondent No.2 has filed affidavit through Tahsildar, stating that the petitioner has only filed formal application in the year 2005 and subsequent representation
in 2013 without any supporting documents as required as per Government Resolution dated 4.7.1995.
6.
Naturally, without any supporting documents, the authority would not be in a position to take decision on the application of the petitioner either way.
7.
The cause of justice would be subserved by passing the following order :
a) The petitioner shall within four (4) weeks from today submit necessary documents sought to be relied by the petitioner with the office of Respondent No.2. On receipt of the documents, the Respondent No.2 shall process the same and take such necessary steps as per the Government Resolution dated 4.7.1995 and submit its recommendation to the High Power Committee, expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months on receipt of the documents. b) The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. (A.M.BADAR,J.) (S.V.GANGAPURWALA,J.) Dt.29.02.2016.
