This application is for bringing LR's of deceased respondent no.2 on record. Notice was issued to LR's of this deceased respondent. In spite of service of notice, none appears for them. This indicates that they have no inclination to oppose the application. 2.

Perusal of the application shows that the delay caused in bringing the LR's of deceased respondent no.2 on record is satisfactorily explained. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. If amendment is carried out, issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 7th April, 2025.
