So far as Civil Application for stay is concerned, during pendency of First Appeal, the effect, execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 29.01.2016 passed by learned Member, MACT, Ahmednagar, District Ahmednagar in MACP No. 486 of 2013 is hereby stayed on condition that the applicant/insurer shall deposit the entire amount under award alongwith interest in this Court within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, stay granted vide this order shall stand vacated automatically. 4.
