It appears that the parties have amicably settled the dispute between them and the photo copy of terms of compromise is placed before the Court, which is marked as "X" for identification. 3.

It further appears that in terms of the compromise, the petitioner and respondent No.3 have mutually settled the dispute and decided to sell the disputed plot No. 25A with construction thereon and the consideration amount is to be shared equally by them. 4.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise. No costs.
