The learned AGP submits that, instead of taking this Petition any further, it would be appropriate for the Petitioner to pursue his application with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. The Petitioner is agreeable to pursue the said application, rather than seeking directions to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa by way of a Writ of Mandamus.
