The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal seeking approval to her appointment is pending. We have heard learned AGP for Respondent No.1. Mr.Pulkundwar, advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that in case proposal submitted by the school seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner is pending, Respondent No.2 would decide it on its own merits.

In case, the proposal (Exhibit-E, Page 25) is pending with Respondent No.2, then Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from today. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
