Mr.Tope, learned counsel for the nonapplicants states that the non-applicants would allot shop Nos.31 to 33 without changing its location on the upper ground floor to the applicants.

Mr.Palodkar, learned counsel submits that in fact the said shops would not be in tune with the compromise entered in the writ petition. The learned counsel submits that the Corporation may consider the request of the applicants.

It is for the Corporation to consider the same and take decision upon it, if the applicants makes such a request.

However, if the applicants want enforcement of the compromise arrived in the writ petition, the applicants may have other remedy. No such relief can be granted in the present application.

The civil application is disposed of.
