Heard Mr. Kamble, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Kutti, the learned APP for the State. 2.

Present Criminal Application is filed under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. I50/2017 registered with Sirsala Police Station, Taluka Parli(V), Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Allegation against the applicant is that she assaulted the informant with kick and fist blows. 1/2

907apln2566-17.odt Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant states that the other accused persons in the present crime were arrested and remanded to MCR. Today, this Court had granted regular bail to them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not think that custodial interrogation of the applicant is needed. Hence the application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.I-50/2017 registered with Sirsala Police Station, Taluka Parli(V), Dist. Beed, she shall be released on bail on her executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 15,000/- [Rs. Fifteen thousand only] with one solvent surety in the like amount.

Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner and shall cooperate in the further investigation, if any.
