Heard. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 opposed to grant the application. Perused the impugned award. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court. 50% of the amount deposited be paid to the applicants on furnishing undertaking and 25% amount deposited be paid as against the solvent security/ surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Rest of the amount be kept in a fixed deposited with any of the Nationalised Bank until disposal of the appeal. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. ( R. G. AVACHAT ) JUDGE fmp/-
