1) Heard. Since the issue involved in the present petitions is identical, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2) The proposals tendered by the respective petitioners under Section 36-A of The Maharashtra

Land Revenue Code, 1966, for according permission to sell the lands as well as to exchange the lands, are pending consideration with the State Government since long and no decision thereon as yet has been taken.

3) In this view of the matter, these writ petitions can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.1 to take decision on the proposals of the petitioners under Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code for according permission to sell the lands as well as to exchange the lands as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today.
