20.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is given B.Ed scale from 16.06.2014, however the claim of the petitioner is from the year 1999 and proposal to that effect is already pending with the Education Officer. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 & 2. 2.

In case the application/proposal of the petitioner for grant of B.Ed scale from the year 1999 (Exhibit-F) is pending then the respondentEducation Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merit in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
