We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

At present we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The appeal is also provided with the Chief Executive Officer as per the order of the Second Appellate Authority. As far as enquiry is concerned, the petitioner may approach the Chief Executive Officer in that regard.
