The application is filed seeking early hearing for the reasons set out in the application.

In brief, it is the contention of learned counsel for applicant that the applicant is more than 76 years of age. The Suit was filed in the year 2007. The applicant is not keeping good health.

Considering the cause assigned, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to filing of private paper book within four weeks.
