20.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for grant of B.Ed scale. Many representations are made but no cognizance is taken upon it by the Education Officer. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that respondent no.2 would consider the same on its own merit.

In case the application/representation of the petitioner for grant of B.Ed scale (Page 27) is pending with respondent no.2 then the respondent no. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merit in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
