PER COURT :- 1.

This is a petition for extension of time to surrender before the Jail Authorities after the petitioner's Covid-19 Parole has come to an end.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relied on a certifcate at exhibit 'A' showina that the petitioner's mother is underaoina eye suraery for Cataract on 25.6.2022. She submitted that petitioner's other two brothers are also detained in jail, and therefore, there is nobody in the family to look after her.

Considerina this situation, time to surrender before the Jail Authorities is extended by a period of 15 days from today. Petition is disposed off.
