The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in terms of order dated 12.08.2025, he has deposited the Demand Draft of Rs.10,00,000/- in this court, which he undertakes would be honoured. The Demand Draft would take 3 to 4 days to encash and, as such, receipt of the same would be given to him by the Registry thereafter only. He submits that the applicant is in jail.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the undertaking of the applicant that the Demand Draft of Rs.10,00,000/- would be encashed, the trial court is directed to release the applicant on bail, on such terms and conditions as recorded in order dated 12.08.2025, except the condition of production of receipt at the time of releasing the applicant.
