In view of the affidavit tendered by the complainant, through his Advocate, during hearing of

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 2927 of 2016 the present application, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary in Crime No. 87/2016 registered with Osmanpura Police Station, Aurangabad, as parties have settled the matter amongst themselves.

Hence, the Application is allowed and the ad interim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 9th June 2016 is confirmed.

The Application accordingly stands disposed of.
