The applicants are the Members and Directors of the Managing Committee of the Co-operative Credit Society. Many other similarly situated Directors have been released on anticipatory bail, considering the fact that nothing adverse found against the Directors in audit report. In the audit report, it was found that there was mismanagement in the co-operative society. Considering the facts of

ORDER

I) Both Applications are allowed.
