So far as Civil Application for stay is concerned, during pendency of First Appeal, the effect, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed on condition that the applicant/insurer shall deposit the entire amount under award alongwith interest in this Court within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, stay granted vide this order shall stand vacated automatically.
