Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.81 of 2023 registered with Sindkheda Police Station, District Dhule for the offence punishable under Section 307, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

There was a quarrel between the applicant and the maternal uncle of the injured. The injured went to separate the quarrel and the incident happened. The injured has suffered the simply injury. The weapon like knife has been used. The injured was immediately discharged. The alleged weapon used in the crime has been recovered. The applicant is a young boy of 21 years having no antecedents to his discredit. Keeping such a young boy in jail may be unsafe for his future. In view of the facts and circumstances of the

929-ba-916-2023.odt (2) case, the Court is of the view that the applicant may be released on bail on certain conditions. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Shriram @ Ajay Subhash Marathe, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall not enter Taluka Sindkheda, District Dhule for one month from the date of his release.
